What protection does the neck tube provide?

  • The Muntagnard Neck Hose is a community mask intended for personal use(not a medical mask or personal protective equipment).

  • The neck hose was tested in 2020 by the SQTS test lab in Switzerland and Intertek in Europe for particle retention.

  • In addition, the neck tube was treated with HeiQ Viroblock, an innovative Swiss textile technology. HeiQ Viroblock is EU REACH and US FIFRA compliant, OEKOTEX® certified, ZDHC and bluesign® approved. The HeiQ Viroblock technology does not irritate the skin and is non-toxic. It has an antibacterial and antipathogenic effect that minimizes the further transmission of pathogens. Heiq Viroblock contains a biocide based on recycled silver salt.


Fit

The masks are deliberately cut very generously so that there is enough room to breathe freely during active movement. Available in 3 sizes (S, M and L). Recommendation: size S for children and people with a small head, size M for people with a medium-sized head (approx. 55 - 58 head circumference) and L for people with a large head. Due to the elasticity of the structure and the material, the products offer sufficient room for manoeuvre in terms of size, so if in doubt, choose a size smaller.

    Habe einige Halsschläuche getestet und dieses finde ich nach wie vor das beste: Es schützt mein Gesicht an kalten Abfahrten und fühlt sich nie nass an. Eher gross geschnitten, aber finde dies in meinem Fall angenehm (Atemfreiheit).
