CARE
- Wash at 30°C or lower
- Hang up or ideally lay flat to dry

Size & Fit

The bio-based wood fibers give the fabric great breathability, an incomparable softness and an elegant shine. Wood fibers are very well suited for sensitive skin and the fabric also has an odor-inhibiting effect and is ideal for temperature regulation.

Impact Assessment

Understanding the true value of our clothes is fundamental to what we do. The more we know, the better decisions we can make. And the faster we can develop ourselves and our products. The Muntagnard Impact Assessment (MIA) is a simplified representation so that you can better understand and classify our products from a sustainable perspective. We want to reduce the complexity of sustainability to the aspects that are most relevant to us and communicate it as simply as possible.

Traceable

BLACK CIRCLE

Transparency along the supply chain is the central starting point for sustainability. The LEGNA t-shirt can be fully traced back to the fiber production in Austria. The wood used comes exclusively from certified sustainable forestry. However, since we cannot say conclusively which of the certified forests and plantations the wood used for our shirts comes from, there are slight deductions in traceability.

YELLOW CIRCLE

The transition of the textile industry to the circular economy is our declared goal. We evaluate the average possible recyclability and biodegradability of the products. The LEGNGA t-shirt consists entirely of wood-based fibers (incl. washing label and sewing thread). This mono-material construction is ideally suited for the circular economy, since the raw material used is biodegradable and the entire product is recyclable.

BLUE CIRCLE

With the eco-rating, we analyze CO2 emissions, energy and water consumption, use of chemicals, etc. from cultivation, fiber production, fabric and material production to the end product relatively low resource requirements for cultivation and processing as well as the most modern production processes. There are slight deductions mainly due to the fact that the wood is not entirely of European origin.

The number in the middle corresponds to the average of the values from traceability, recyclability and eco-rating. We consider everything above a 7.5 to be good for ourselves, but we would like to show our ambition that even our products can still have room for improvement from a sustainability point of view.
