Men should choose the size that suits them best, women should choose one size smaller.
Example: If you are a man and normally wear a size M, then choose size M here too. Women who normally wear size S should choose size XS here.

Our female model is 178cm tall and wears size M.
Our male model is 188cm tall and wears size L.

Due to the very loose cut, if in doubt it is best to choose a size smaller.
