• Outer fabric made of 70% regenerated merino wool and 30% recycled polyamide, woven by Manteco north of Florence
• Lining made of wood fibers from European beech trees
• Stand-up collar
• Concealed button placket with corozo buttons
• Two slanted side pockets
• Large inside pocket at the bottom right, two smaller inside pockets on the left at chest height

The fabric comes from Manteco, a family business that has been recovering and re-weaving wool in the region north of Florence since 1943. Wool has been recycled in this textile district since the 1850s. The merino wool gives the fabric warmth and texture, while the polyamide content provides strength. The sturdy weave keeps the jacket in shape, even when worn every day. It is produced in small batches in a workshop in Rothenthurm, Canton Schwyz.

• Air out thoroughly after wearing; this is sufficient in most cases
• Clean at a facility specializing in wool
• If necessary, iron at a medium temperature with a cloth; avoid leather details
• Do not put in the washing machine or tumble dryer
• Do not bleach
