European value creation

Proximity as a quality principle.

Our supply chain follows a clear logic:

Developments in Switzerland
Material production in Europe
Garment manufacturing at specialized partner companies in Europe
Coats and wool jackets made in Switzerland

Most of our products are created within a European network of specialized partners.

A network that combines experience, craftsmanship, and innovation.

Local cooperation.

We work with partners who have developed their materials and crafts over generations.

From spinning mills in Italy, knitting mills in Portugal to manufactories in Switzerland.

Most of these businesses are specialized family companies with in-depth expertise.

Direct exchange with these partners allows us to jointly develop materials, refine designs and test new solutions.

Development in smaller structures.

Our collections are not produced in large industrial series.

Cooperation with European partners allows for smaller production quantities and continuous development of our products.

Materials are tested together. Patterns are adjusted over several iterations. Details are refined.

This method is more time-consuming, but more precise.

Responsibility begins with the material

Whenever possible, our raw materials also come from Europe. Examples include: Swiss wool for our LANA fabrics, European wood fibers, and cotton from traceable European supply chains.

If certain raw materials are not available in Europe, we consciously choose the best available source. One example is our renewable merino wool from New Zealand. Here, the type of agriculture and animal husbandry has a significantly greater impact on the environment and quality than the transport route.

Short communication channels, clear responsibility.

The geographical proximity to our partners enables direct visits, regular exchange and joint development.

Material decisions can be made on-site. Prototypes are adapted collaboratively. Production processes remain transparent.
