Is your product damaged or defective?
Our repair service offers you the opportunity to get your product back into top condition. If it is a mistake on our part, we will of course repair your product free of charge. If the defect is not covered by the warranty, we will definitely find a solution to get your product back in working order.

Please send us an email to contact@muntagnard.ch and tell us your article, the order number (if available) and the type of damage. If possible, it would be extremely helpful if you could also attach 1-2 pictures of the product and let us know whether you are bringing the product to one of our shops or sending it to us by post.

Our clothing is designed and developed for the circular economy.

If a repair is not possible or you simply no longer want your worn product, please return it to us for professional recycling. So that your used product can be kept in the cycle as best as possible in order to create something new from it, please contact us using the contact form below and send us the product back.

Of course, you can also return your used products to us in our shops.
