Would you like to register an exchange or a return? Is one of your products damaged and you want to have it repaired or do you have products that you would like to return to us for recycling?

UMTAUSCH & RETOURE

If the size is wrong, do you want a different color or are you not completely satisfied with the product? No problem! We are happy to exchange your product or take it back.

This is how you proceed:

1. Announcing returns
You can search for your order with your order number and email/phone number via the link below and register the exchange or return. As soon as we have received the return announcement, we will send you a confirmation email with the further return instructions.

2. Send products back
Put the products to be returned (including delivery note) back into the packaging (in its original packaging) and send it back to us.
In the case of a single T-shirt (delivered in paper bags), the return can easily be thrown with a large letter mark (from CHF 2.- in Switzerland) and in the next yellow mailbox of the post. Package shipments can be given up as a parcel post on the next post office.

3. Exchange/reimbursement
In the event of an exchange, we will send the new desired product as quickly as possible and initiate the corresponding credit as soon as the products have arrived.

important information: We are a small company and stand for conscious consumption. Therefore, we do not offer free returns. The return end costs must therefore be taken over by the transmitter. Thank you very much for your understanding.

REPARATUR

Is your product damaged or does it have a deficiency?
With our repair service, we offer you the opportunity to bring your product back into a top condition. If it is a mistake on our part, we will of course repair your product for free. If the defect is not due to a guarantee, then we will also find a solution together to make your product used again.

Please send us an email contact@muntagnard.ch And give us your article, the order number (if available) and the type of damage. If possible, it would be extremely helpful if you could also attach 1-2 pictures of the product and tell us whether you bring the product in one of our shops or send it to us by post.

Our clothes were designed and developed for the circular economy. 
If you want to keep a used product in the circulation so that new things can be created from it, then contact us using the contact form below and send us back the product.
